Description:
I wanted to convey something special in this painting — the central trail and the gorge symbolizing those rare moments when life gives us a chance to show who we are. The path is barely noticeable, almost hidden, but it exists. All you need is to take a step forward and see the beauty waiting behind the hills.
Attempt after attempt, countless conversations about how to paint a landscape — and here it is, my first truly serious landscape I have ever created. I tried to carefully work through the details, build a full scenario, and the entire composition grew naturally as the painting progressed. There was no clear concept, just a silhouette in my mind.
It took me two weeks to complete it — my experience is still growing, but thanks to learning from other artists, I feel proud of this result. And as it turns out, filming the painting process is even harder than sewing my rugs, but I’ll try to edit everything and share it this week.
